1. Dream Dog Park in Alabaster, GA, features a water splash, fetching field, fire hydrants, dogs wash station, and adventure trail. We need more of these place- for dogs, kids, families.

Sounds like a business opportunity to me for hotels, dog bars/restaurants, outdoor cafes, car rentals (with dog equipment included for the ride), etc.
