High Five at the IHOP

A stranger sees my dogs and immediately approaches them, especially Sam.  Oddly, I see my dogs as guard dogs, watching over my truck and my possessions while I step away.  They see it like an ice cream truck, we drive around, they bark while sticking out their heads for petting. Petting is free.

"You want a high five? I can do a high five." - Sam

"Look mom. I am giving high fives to my new daddy".- Sam

(PS- if you look closely, down by Sam, you can see Buddy checking out the stranger.  Buddy is a little shy, not Sam).

Easter Basket Packed and Ready to Go, Go.

I have my Easter Basket all packed to go see Grandma.  Little Buddy and his fire hose cannot be trusted in her house. Or any house.

So we have two belly bands and assorted colors/absorbency maxi pads for little willy.  I went to Big Lots and bought 72 green maxi pads.  Never thought I would be buying them for my 2 year old son.  But we did.

What the heck? I go out of town and my dog sitter sends me this shot. Sam appears to be holding Belle (a visiting lab) down while Maisy gnaws on her. My kids are such good kids! Doesn't every parent think so?
