As you can see, Shanti is terrified of being punished.  She has a lot of respect for me and my stick.

Smelly Sit ups

I laid down to stretch and do my stomach work- my mistake. Sam had his big man paw pulling on my hair, and here you can see him picking my hair out of his teeth. Shanti rolled on to her back and kept kangaroo kicking me in the face. Gotta shut the door next time. My expression tells the rest of the story.  Does everyone else's sit-ups smell funny too (armpits and butt)???
