How was my dinner you ask?

Well, after a full day of running errands and such, I decided to treat myself with takeout for dinner.  I got home and let the dogs out so I could eat in "peace" with no barking.   After I had a few bites, Shanti, my black lab mix, started whining, begging and jumping.  I could ignore that somewhat.

Then Buddy the Boston Terror came in thru the doggie door. He had eaten grass, and it often gets stuck in the back of his throat.  He began to hack all over my feet, legs, and stool that I was perched upon for my glorious dinner.  Then he threw up.  Then he threw up again.  I kept coming back to my calm center to enjoy my meal and just let the vomit sit while I finished my well deserved meal.

Soon I was finished and as I put things away, in comes Samson, my boxer, doing the poopy dance. Now people, not the one where he has to go potty- because they have a doggie door.  You see Sam also eats lots of grass and he loves loooong strands.  And when he poops, sometimes they are stuck half in/half out and it drives him crazy. He runs with his butt tucked and drags, but won't grab it because, well it has POOP on it. This one had a small turd on the end and was about 6' long. He ran all through out the house with me grabbing a napkin and chasing, but alas, he beat me to my bedroom. And my white and blue rug. He scooted along the rug until he was able to pull everything out and wipe his butt clean.

No thanks. I didn't want any dessert after all that.  All done.  :)
