Shanti spins for the music-

Who me?

Just as my headphones played "You spin me right round, baby, right round"....Shanti got the idea to pull over to the side on our walk, and spin around until she pooped around.  All timed to the music. She looked up at me as if to say, "you really do spin me right round mama". Glad I could help.

Jennifer Aniston's Tattoo

Jennifer has it right. Instead of getting a tattoo of a loved one's name or picture, or even a provoking image that last forever but the sentiment may not- she made her first and only tattoo read "Norman". Nicely done, along the inside of her foot, following the arch.  Who is Norman you ask?  Norman was her dog, who recently passed away.  She could have put anything, got attention for any tattoo as a celebrity (and many famous men she has dated) and she chose to honor the best "man" in her life.  Norman.

Shanti on guard.....

Shanti told me the neighbor's have suspicious visitors and she must keep watch all hours, afraid they may take over our couch.  I say "our" couch because I pay for it and clean it, but I never get to sit on it.  Dogs hog it.

Sammy's perch

Sam loves to hog all the chairs, couches, etc.  Here he is, overlooking the property, getting a little hazy sun.  He told me "I could go over there and sit on the doggie bed, if it was so great."

Hell no, not without me you don't.....

I tried to go kayaking and leave Shanti behind. She jumps the fence, dives in and swims after me until I "rescue her" and pull her into the kayak.   Some say she is spoiled. Others stop me on the water to remark on how well she had me trained.

Playtime is OVER

We had an Australian Shepard mix visit the "ponderosa" yesterday who ran my babies all day long in the yard.
By the time this young pup left, my babies were toast.  Here you will see the boxers, titled accordingly:
'BOOK ENDS".

Sun is out, dogs are IN

It has rained for days and the babies have stayed inside. Today the sun is out and it is beautiful. I am working in my home office and notice they are "missing" so I go to find them (they have their own doggie door).  Here they are- real time:

They are sleeping, albeit the sun is coming in thru the window. Neither the rain, snow, sleet or sun will keep them from napping all day long in my living room.
